Welcome to Supportly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including AI development, consultancy, and related offerings ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1.Definitions

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you disagree with these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Services Provided

We offer customized AI development and consulting as detailed in your service agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Follow all laws.

  • Don’t misuse or reverse-engineer our work.

4. Ownership

We own the tools and designs we create.

5. Confidentiality

Keep shared information private unless agreed otherwise or required by law.

6. Payments

Pay as agreed. Late payments may incur fees. You’re responsible for taxes.

7. No Guarantees

We aim for quality but don’t guarantee specific results. Services are "as is."

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid. We’re not responsible for indirect damages.

9. Ending Services

We can end services for violations or non-payment. You can terminate by notifying us in writing.

11. Updates

We can update these Terms. Changes apply when posted.

  1. Pricing Changes

    Supportly reserves the right to modify, update, or change the pricing of any of its plans or services at any time. In the event of such changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice to our clients before the new pricing takes effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date of a pricing change will constitute acceptance of the new pricing. Pricing may change subject to VAT.


  2. Notice Period
    Members may cancel their subscription at any time; however, a minimum of one (1) calendar month’s written notice is required prior to the effective date of cancellation.

  3. Effective Date of Cancellation

    • The cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle following the notice period.

    • For example, if notice is given on the 15th of a month, the membership will remain active until the end of the following month’s billing cycle.
